More ways to connect, easier control, and better help

This update adds new connection options, makes everyday controls easier to use, and helps you find answers faster.

  • MELCloud Home public beta: You can now connect your account from Mitsubishi’s new MELCloud Home app. Some readings and features remain unavailable because of limitations in MELCloud Home.
  • Longer free trials: Devices newly connected through MELCloud Home or Planet Devices receive a free trial lasting at least until December 31, 2026 (for beta testing).
  • Tauron G14dynamic support: Smart Energy now supports the tariff’s changing distribution rates to help you choose more economical operating hours.
  • More flexibility for Apple accounts: If you signed in with Apple’s “Hide My Email,” you can now add your own email address. You can also merge an existing account, bringing your devices and subscriptions together.
  • Easier heating curve adjustments: Improved editing on phones, a clearer temperature correction preview, and smoother interaction with automatic modes and schedules.
  • Clearer charts: More consistent temperature legends and improved display of energy prices and cheaper periods in Smart Energy.
  • New manuals and searchable FAQ: Step-by-step guides for users and installers, plus answers to common questions in eight languages. You can also open the FAQ from the Contact section.
